Assessment & Evaluation

The first initial step for the client is the intake assessment and evaluation.

The assessment is a comprehensive survey tool used to relate to the stability of significant areas of an individual's life. Such as life stress, attitude and emotional stability.

The individual client profile is then used as an outline for a diagnostic interview, treatment plan development or making immediate decisions for referral based on ASAM guidelines.

Treatment plan, goals and strategies will consist of one or all the following needs based upon areas requiring attention.

• Emotional & Coping Skills
• Employment
• Personal Relationship & Support Systems
• Physical Health
• Education
• Criminal History

Types of Payment

• Self Pay - Client fees are based upon a sliding scale. Weekly payments of cash or check are determined during initial intake.
• Billable Insurance
• Scholarships are also awarded, as funds are available through donor contribution campaigns.

 

 

Group Counseling Sessions

• Clinical – Evidence Based Curriculum
• Non-Denominational - Faith Based Principles
• Peer-to-Peer Mentoring & Support

Each group program is conducted in 12 consecutive weeks, lasting two hours in duration. Frontline group sessions consist of a unique two-fold curriculum that incorporates a clinical education format in conjunction with a non-denominational faith based curriculum. A two-member facilitation team consisting of one substance abuse professional and one member of local clergy lead group. The 12-week program is categorized into four major components that include:

• Personality Profiles
• Relapse Prevention & Triggers
• Addiction & The Medical Aspects of the Brain
• Consequential Thinking & Family Impact
